会社沿革

1988年 4月	株式会社 F.I.C を設立創立事務所を本社ビル藤沢市鵠沼橘1丁目1番2号に設立資本金1,000万円、不動産売買・建売・仲介・マンション販売業を開始飲食店の運営を開始
1988年 6月	ビル・マンションの管理および清掃業務に進出
1989年 5月	新橋ビル竣工（東京都港区新橋4丁目24番11号）オフィスビル賃貸の運営開始オフィスビル小口分譲の開始
1992年 6月	フィードバックシステム（売却委託）を導入
1993年 9月	フリート湘南 (120世帯)の管理を開始
1993年10月	本社新社屋ビル竣工（F.I.C 鵠沼ビル）
1995年10月	フリート辻堂の管理を開始
1997年 4月	藤沢駅北口に平置駐車場竣工（約2600m²）および駐車場事業に参画
2000年11月	フリートパーキング竣工（藤沢駅北口徒歩1分）総面積12,491m²（地階・1階約3500m²の店舗および2～6階約9000m²の駐車場複合商業ビル）テナント賃貸および駐車場運営を開始
2004年 6月	不動産投資顧問業・不動産コンサルティング事業および M&A 事業を開始
2005年 9月	資本金5,000万円に増資
2007年 9月	銀行保証付私募債 2億2,000万円発行

現在、駐車場事業を経営の柱に、既存のビル・マンション管理事業・ビル賃貸事業、マンション分譲事業、土地建物分譲事業だけでなく、新事業（不動産投資顧問業・不動産コンサルティング事業・ホテル事業および M&A 事業等）にも注力しつつある。

April,1988	Foundation of F.I.C Co.Ltd. Founded office was located in Tachibana Kugenuma Fujisawa City. Capitalized in ¥10,000,000. Real Estate and Houses Dealing & Condominiums Sales started. Restaurant Management started.
June,1988	Buildings and Condominiums Management & Cleaning Business started.
May,1989	Completion of Shinbashi Building(Shinbashi Minato Ward, Tokyo)
June,1992	Feedback System (Sales Consignment) introduced.
September,1993	Fleet Shonan(120 Household)Management Started.
October,1993	Completion of Building of New Headquarters(F.I.C Kugenuma Bld)
October,1995	Fleet Tujido Management Started.
April,1997	Starting the parking business. (Completion of the parking lot at the north gate of Fujisawa Station and the area of 2,600m²)
November,2001	Completion of Fleet Parking Building(1Minute on foot from Fujisawa Station)12,491m²(Parking Complex Commercial Building :Tenant area of 3,500m² Fand Parking space of 9,000m²)
June,2004	Real estate Investment Advisory Business,Real Estate Consulting Business,M&A Business started.

Currently parking management is our main business, but we focus on not only existed buildings and condominiums management, leasing building, selling condominiums,and dealing in real estate and houses but also new business that is real estate investment advisory business, real estate consulting business, hotel business and M&A business.
